Promotional posters for Nokia’s first crop of Windows Phone handsets have been leaked online, giving us a little taste of what’s to come from the Finnish phone giant. Admittedly there’s not a lot of phone to look at here, but what we can see we like the look of.

The device pictured is a Nokia 800 — previously codenamed the Nokia Sea Ray — which boasts an 8-megapixel camera, according to the poster. The first image focuses on the device’s metro UI, with the phrase, “Today the sun will rise and set. The rest is up for grabs.”

The second poster markets the Nokia 800 as a device that makes it easy to share images with your friends:

“Take, tag, sort and share. All in a flash.”

“Just click the button on side of the new Nokia 800 and an 8MP photo can be easily tagged, shared with your groups or social networks and sorted into an album in seconds.

The Nokia 800 looks a lot like a Windows Phone substitute to the Nokia N9 — the company’s first and only MeeGo handset — with a curved glass display and a brightly colored unibody construction. It actually looks like a pretty attractive Windows Phone handset from where I’m sitting.

These images were leaked to PocketNow, and would suggest that Nokia is gearing up for the imminent release of its debut Windows Phone devices. The Nokia 800 is expected to get its unveiling at Nokia World later this month, and is likely to launch alongside another two devices currently codenamed the Nokia Ace and the Nokia Sabre.

Do you like the look of the Nokia 800?
